WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK FOR ACE
As a technician with ACE, you’ll be responsible for traveling to residential homes or commercial properties to diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances and air conditioning systems. We provide all the tools and support you need to succeed, including:
- A fully equipped company vehicle
- Mobile phone for dispatch and communication
- Company uniforms
- All necessary tools, parts, and specialty equipment
Our team members are expected to maintain a clean and respectful work environment in each customer’s home or office, providing outstanding service and representing the ACE Air Conditioning & Appliance values of Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICANT
We’re looking for individuals who are not only technically skilled but also professional, organized, and customer-oriented. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Appliance repair experience is required – minimum of 2 years preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and locate parts online
- Solid understanding of both appliance and HVAC systems a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate strong work ethic
- Comfortable working weekends and handling emergency service calls
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to maintain organized service documentation and schedules
